Hi, I’m Lisa– a passionate animal advocate and business operations expert with over 26 years of experience driving excellence in the pet care industries.  As an AKC Certified and S.A.F.E. Certified grooming professional, I combine hands-on care and expertise in animal care. 

Throughout my career, I have streamlined veterinary practices, grooming salons, and pet care businesses streamline operations, develop high-performing teams, and create memorable client experiences. 

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership.
